Action Taken: Hard Reset (combination button)
Procedure:
1. press POWER + VOLUME UP to go System Recovery
2. scroll down to WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
3. scroll down select DELETE ALL
4. after reset select REBOOT SYSTEM NOW
