procedure;
open samsung 3g tool v9.4
Power on phone.
Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Qualcomm mode
Connect USB cable, setup drivers.
Choose qualcomm diagnostic port in port settings.
Press Unlock SP button.
then enter netlock code
